I know, I know... I got caught up having to much fun (FUNNEL CAKE @ Canada's WONDERLAND!!!) and forgot to check in. I'm sorry Fam. Hope all is well with you all. Did you hear our single is doing well??? I say "our" cause I feel like I owe a lot of the success to you guys requesting "Seven day Fool" and sticking by me through think and thin. I made an affirmation to not chase charts and really enjoy every moment of the "REVIVAL" journey. Although I'm ready to be number one. I don't want to spend time counting down...

I'm going to continue this Blog when I get up as I just realized that it's 2:44pm...NOT A GOOD LOOK. I'm back not sleeping again. I use to do this a lot when I was single and since I became single again I've been staying up later and later...More on that tomorrow.

So I'm here in my living room SICK as a dog...My Mom made me home chicken soup and as usual I had to pay my teenaged nephew $20.00 to drive it over ( That's his hustle). Oh BTW, Mom lives 15 minutes away (Yeah that's some delivery charge).

I'm also trying to make sure that PMS doesn't get the best of me this month. PMS is no joke...I turn into such a SUPER B...So I'm acknowledging it and taking back the power.

What is PMS you ask?

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is the name of a group of symptoms that start 7 to 14 days before your period (menstruation). The symptoms usually stop soon after your period begins.

Most women feel some discomfort before their periods. But if you have PMS, you may feel so anxious, depressed or uncomfortable that you can't cope at home or at work. Some of the symptoms of PMS are listed in the box below. Your symptoms may be worse some months and better others.

Symptoms of PMS:

Acne (YEP)
Bloated abdomen (YEP)

I couldn't believe how much of these symptoms I could relate to. I had to put my answers beside the symptoms...

What causes PMS?

No one knows for sure. But PMS seems to be linked in part to changes in hormone levels during the menstrual cycle. PMS is not caused by stress or psychological problems, though these may make the symptoms of PMS worse.

How is PMS diagnosed?
Your doctor may ask you to keep track of your symptoms on a calendar. If your symptoms follow the same pattern each month, you may have PMS.

Your doctor may want to examine you and do some tests to rule out other problems. He or she may also want to talk to you about your eating and exercise habits, your work and your family.

There is no cure for PMS, but eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly and taking medicine may help. Your doctor will talk to you about whether you need to change your diet and exercise habits. He or she may also prescribe medicine for you, depending on what your symptoms are.
